Record Keeping For Growers

Nothing about your grow deserves a guess.

CannaLog is a grow-journaling app for Android: environments hold zones, zones hold plants, and every plant journals its own history — one system whether it's a single tent or a full facility.

It timestamps every watering, feed, clone, and stage change from seed to harvest. If it happened in the grow, it belongs on the record, and the record has to be one you can actually trust.

How It Works

Three tiers. No exceptions for scale.

Every grow, from a single closet tent to a licensed facility, is built from the same three pieces. Set the conditions once at the top, and everything under it inherits them until you say otherwise.

01 — Environment

Any independently-conditioned space

Its own light, climate, and feed schedule. The container everything else lives in.

Grow tentPropagation domeFull facility
02 — Zone

A sub-area inside it

Inherits the environment's settings by default — override only where one part of the space genuinely differs.

03 — Plant

Journaled from clone to harvest

Every feed, training session, move, and stage change is a typed, timestamped entry against this one plant.

Irrigation

The reservoir doesn't get the final word. You do.

A scheduled slot can switch a pump on. It can't tell CannaLog the pump actually ran. So a fired slot never writes a watering by itself — it opens a pending confirmation, and only your yes turns it into a journal entry.

No hardware feedback loop. No assumed data. Ever.

Lineage

Every clone remembers its mother.

Take four cuts off a Tropicana Cookies and CannaLog names them for you — C1 through C4, locked, so nobody ends up with three plants all called "clone 2" by harvest. Tap any plant's family tree and walk straight back to the seed it came from.

Give a clone away instead of tracking it, and the mother's journal remembers that too.

Batch Actions

One tap covers the whole tent.

Feed day means feeding everything, not tapping through ten separate forms that all say the same thing. Batch feed, train, or move a whole environment at once — every plant pre-selected, exceptions unticked in seconds either way.

Moving a batch actually relocates the plants — zones update, no follow-up cleanup.

Vision

A second pair of eyes, not an autopilot.

Upload a photo and CannaLog's stage classifier looks at it — but it only speaks up when it disagrees with your logged stage at real confidence. Below that bar, it says nothing at all. It's built to catch what you missed, not to make the call for you.

Trained on time-stamped grow-cam footage, not guessed labels.
